Hi, my name is Spencer. I am a very sweet 9 year young Shepherd mix who was dropped off at Chicago Animal Care and Control by the only family I had known. CACC can be a very scary and stressful place but I didn’t lose my sweet and kind disposition. My foster family is happy to report that I have been a PERFECT houseguest and I have definitely enjoyed being spoiled by them. I spend my days lounging on the couch, watching TV and snoozing while my foster parents are at work. They think I deserve to be an only dog so I can continue to be the center of attention for my new person or family. I have been told I am the total package!
