Lyric is one year old, female, spayed, Yellow Labrador/Golden Retriever mixed breed. JCAPL adopted Lyric out when she was a few months old. She and her sister were left abandon at the front of a veterinary office.

Lyric is being returned through no fault of her own. Her primary care giver has become ill and there is no one to take care of her the way she needs. She spends most of her days lying beside a sick bed. Lyric needs a home with an active family who can take her for walks, trips to the park, rides in the car, and quality family time. She's a young dog who needs daily exercise and attention.

Lyric is house and crate trained, current on all vaccines, microchipped with a lifetime registration, and current on monthly preventatives. She is really ready for her forever family.

There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. We review applications in the order they are received.

Completed applications can be sent via email to adopt@jcapl.org, faxed to 919-300-5524, or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center).
