My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I'm Pebbles. I'm a 2 year old pit bull mix. I came into the shelter last August and I had skin issues, a bad cold, tick fever and a bum leg. Unfortunately this was the busy time of year and kennels were full and I found myself on the short list. Fortunately I found myself in medical foster and was able to get healthy again. I had surgery on my hip/leg and as you can see by the video, they worked miracles and nothing is slowing me down anymore.

I love long walks and prefer to sleep in bed with you at night. I'm great with dogs and can be submissive. I love kids and have even gone to a school and hung out with the kids in their class. I am a quick learner. I'm doggy door trained and I've never had an accident in the house. I love rides in the car. I loves toys and playing with other dogs. I would do well with toys that challenge me and keep me busy so that I don't get bored and get into trouble. I'm a pretty special girl who would do well with any owner that's looking for a friend or addition to their active family.
