Reese's Info...

Reese's Story...
Reese came to us via a benefactor who purchased her from a Want Ad listing, as she was familiar with our club and wanted to make sure Reese had a great home. She is a mini (11.4 lbs) wire hair multi colored Dachshund. She loves people, kids, dogs and gets along with cats. She will make a great addition to any family that is looking for a fun companion. As a wire hair, she is a very special dog and will require a bit more grooming care than a standard smooth Dachshund. If you are interested in giving Reese a new forever home, then please fill out an adoption application on our website (www.lvhddcr.com). A home visit is a necessary part of the adoption process, we can only adopt out in the greater Las Vegas area.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Reese, a Las Vegas Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Las Vegas, or seeking a Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) puppy from a breeder in Las Vegas.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Las Vegas already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Las Vegas breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Dachshund/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Las Vegas paves the way for another one to be saved.
