Bella's Story...
Greetings I’m Bella! I’m a one-year old Shepherd/Labrador mix weighing 45lbs and I was an owner surrender sadly because it turns out the little hooman in the house had allergies with me. I’m great with dogs, and kids but I am shy at first. New things are kinda scary for me since I haven’t had much socialization but I’m in no way shape or form an aggressive pooch. I just need to work on my confidence! I do feel more confident in a home when I have other dogs to show me the way, so I would love to have a roommate that is ok being the leader and would also play with me! Oh, and I also am a hugger when I need comfort, because who doesn’t need a good hug when life gets you down? I’m really excited to meet you and show you how sweet I am! Thanks for dropping in!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Bella, a Sugar Grove German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever for sale in Sugar Grove, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Sugar Grove.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sugar Grove already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sugar Grove breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sugar Grove paves the way for another one to be saved.
