Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Kylo and Rey are a bonded pair, male and female, about two years old, who have lived together their whole lives and now must find a new home together.
Kylo is a 3.75-pound black Lionhead with a full coat, so please consider the time required for daily grooming when you think about adopting them. Rey (previously named Renee) is a four-pound English Spot mix who was rescued by Friends of Rabbits in 2016 with her mother and littermates, and has lived happily with Kylo since she was adopted. They both have excellent litter box habits and have had safe encounters with a cat, and would likely be fine for older children. They are generally free-range house rabbits but kept penned or caged at night.
Rey is a very social girl and loves petting and handling, but Kylo is a bit shy of handling and has been known to give a light bite when he feels threatened - but once he knows you he will permit grooming and handling with only mild resistance, and will come climb on you if he knows you have a treat. As a bonded pair, Kylo and Rey must be adopted together. More photos at https://www.instagram.com/kylo.n.rey/
If you're interested in adopting Kylo and Rey, please fill out the application at http://www.friendsofrabbits.org/forms/form?verify=abc123&formid=3852 and email Friends of Rabbits at adoptions@friendsofrabbits.org. and someone will call or email you to schedule a visit. Their adoption fee is $150, which reimburses our organization for some of our care and veterinary costs. Kylo and Rey are in Baltimore, MD.
