Hello. I’m Polka, head of the Etymology Department of the University of Cute A** Dogs. I don’t know if you find etymology as interesting and fascinating as I do, but I found an early recorded use of the term “polka dot” in 1873 in Godey’s magazine, Volumes 86-87. And don’t forget the polka dot in pop culture! Traditionally polka dots are used in the clothing of flamenco dancers and performers, but then musician Randy Rhoads used a Flying V guitar with polka dots, and professional wrestler Dusty Rhodes was given a black outfit covered in yellow polka dots during his time in the WWF. AWESOME! But I’ll save the lecture for another day and explain my situation. I’m a fun-loving guy who is social, affectionate, and very people focused. I get along great with other dogs, enjoy the occasional cat chase, and do well with respectful children. I’m also crate trained, and I read encyclopedias for fun. What do ya say, have room for a pooch with a PhD in love, fun, and friendship? 3 ½ years old-49lbs. My adoption fee is $180 and includes neuter, microchip & registration, reduced-cost training class, 1 month pet health insurance, free veterinary exam, leash/collar, toy & treat packet, food sample.
