This is Pawla. We think that she is a black German Shepherd / Border Collie mix female. This lovely lady is currently located at the Stanislaus County animal shelter in Modesto. We visited her in person to get these photos and get a feel for a her personality and disposition. As you can see, Pawla walks very nice on a leash and she sure did love us taking her out of her kennel and taking her for a brief walk. She is very good with people. We think that Pawla would make someone an excellent running partner. She loves to be with people and would love to have an opportunity for a daily walk or run. She is a lovely lady who is looking for someone who can be her buddy.
Pawla is available for adoption NOW at the Stanislaus county animal shelter. NOTE: the shelter staff will not know her as Pawla. However, you can refer to her ID#A465261. This lovely lady is very smart and would be a amazing dog with the right owner.
