My name is Butler and I have a funny story. I came to rescue because someone didn't want me anymore and called 911 saying I was a vicious dog and they shot me 6-8 times in the butt with a pellet gun. Since then I have been around kids, other dogs and even at my first adoption event I just licked everybody! I am already house broken and crate trained. I know how to sit, stay, come, and lay down and just want to snuggle on the couch or play fetch. My foster mom says that I am quite the "ladies man" and get along better with female dogs as I can become competitive with other males for dominance. I also am possessive of my bones so I would need to be monitored if one is available. I have limited exposure to cats and I was very interested in them and wanted to play, but with correct training I could easily be in the same home with them. I am looking for my forever home to just love me and play with me! Is that you?
