My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Carter is a wonderful dog. He is sweet and friendly and affectionate. He absolutely loves kids and is completely non-reactive to other dogs. He loves to go for walks and to run around in a yard. He loves to play fetch too! He is content to cuddle and take a nap on your lap after a day of play. He is well behaved inside the house but will try to steal food off the countertop if you let him! He is housebroken and crate trained. He will often find his crate to take a nap during the day.

Carter has an estimated DOB of January 2014. He is believed to be a Plott Hound mix and weighs 68 pounds. He is microchipped, neutered and vaccinated.

Our adoption fee is $300 and includes all age appropriate vaccines, spay or neuter and microchipping. The breed and age included in this listing is based upon the opinion of a vet that has examined the dog. We cannot confirm the age of the dog unless the dog was born in the care of the rescue. We are located in the metro Atlanta area. We currently do not allow out of state adoptions as a home check is required as part of the adoption process.
