Peanut's Story...
This is a courtesy posting. if you are interested in Peanut, please contact Diane Bare. diane@thetreasuredthread.com

Peanut is a 13 year old love bug who certainly doesn't act her age! She runs around and plays, and jumps into her favorite chair to snuggle for a nap. She gets along with all her foster siblings, and loves affection from any human - young or old, male or female. She is house broken - even goes out in the rain! (been well tested with this weather we've been having!). She LOVES her walks, so be prepared to get in shape with this young lady in your life. if you have room for her in your heart and in your home, please contact her foster mom - Diane Bare - diane@thetreasuredthread.com. Peanut is in Santa Rosa.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Peanut, a Walnut Creek Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) for sale in Walnut Creek, or seeking a Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) dog from a breeder in Walnut Creek.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Walnut Creek already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Walnut Creek breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) breeders who help with Chihuahua/Terrier (Unknown Type, Small) rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Walnut Creek paves the way for another one to be saved.
