Roscoe was surrendered by his owner to our rescue due to lack of time/resources to properly care for the dog. Roscoe's wonderful foster mom adores him, but is unable to keep him since he is not so great with feline friends (of which she has a few!)

Roscoe loves his independence, so any adopters need to be aware that he will require a home that understands he needs to be on leash at all times, and we would prefer a home with a fenced in yard for him,. Roscoe is housetrained and crate-trained. He would be better suited for a home with older kids (no young kids, please!)

Roscoe is very sweet, but because of his mistreatment by humans in his short life, he needs a little time to warm up, but once he gains your trust, he will be your BFF!

Please consider giving this little man a new loving home that he so deserves! He is approximately 3 years old, 15 pounds, neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccines.
