My Story:
I'm an admittedly sweet, shy girl. I have some deep rooted fears that I continue to work through every day. I have a bit of a 'get them before they get me' personality but respond really well with positive reinforcement, any other approach and I will shutdown. The wrong approach would set me back considerably. I need an active loving home, that is committed to seeing me succeed. Patience and more patience. My fosters are working hard with me and Im able to focus my attention back to you when I'm scared and give very clear signals when I'm uncomfortable. I'm all about that relationship building, trust and respect!! LEASH is going to cover the cost of 2 personal training sessions to get me started and make sure I have a solid plan and support in place.
Perfect Match:
A confident, experienced home that understands fear and reactivity and knows that trust and relationship building is of key importance. Ideally no other pets as I need to be the centre of attention, I do currently live with an older male and I adore him... so that may be up my alley.
First Date:
I love getting out and exploring. I love to hike the really cool trails and make my own tracks. (real hiking not commercial hiking). Then let's head home and make a blanket fort, eat snacks and watch 'Into The Wild' (I love Reese)❤
Fun Quirk:
I sing to myself in the mirror. Yes. Yes. I dooooo.
Guilty Pleasure:
Playing with myself.. I love balls and can keep myself occupied for hours!
5 Year Plan:
I want to overcome my fears and travel BC. Run on LongBeach in Tofino, SnowShoe in Whistler(you wear the shoes;), Camp in the Okanagan, and hike the East Beach Trail In Haida Gwaii. That's what I want my 5 year plan to look like! (And obviously a whole lotta treats, kisses and 'good girl's!)
