Percy came to Detroit Dog Rescue as a stray that was found on the porch of an abandoned house. Percy needs an experienced owner who is willing to be patient and work with him. Percy has been in a foster for about three months now, but is ready for his forever home! Percy needs someone who will teach him how to trust. Percy loves other dogs, so he would love to live with one who can let him know the world is OK. Percy is very hesitant when it comes to children, so he would prefer to live with people over the age of 10 years old that will not grab his face or scare him. He loves to play ball and be outside. He is still nervous when it comes to the leash, so he would need some work when it comes to going on walks.
