My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Shelia Mulligan has a second chance at the good life thanks to rescue! She is 3 years old, already declawed on the front paws and came to us from the county animal shelter where she had been surrendered by her owner. Her original home was not a good situation for her at all. We suspect she had been abused. She was hissing, biting and overall unhappy. She had been declawed but never spayed by her owners. We had to get this kitty out of the shelter to give a chance. She went to a quiet foster home with a patient foster mom and Shelia learned to trust again. We got her spayed and her personality has become so sweet! She was just waiting to have people to love and trust. She is now getting along with other cats in foster care. We still think a calm, quiet home would be best for her. She will be a GREAT companion cat!

Shelia Mulligan has been spayed, vaccinations are up-to-date and she tested negative for feline leukemia/FIV.

Caswell Pet Lifeline is a 501c3 organization made up of all volunteers. We have no paid positions or shelter facility. All rescue cats and kittens are cared for in volunteer foster homes. Our adoption fee is $80 and 100% of fee goes to provide vet care for our rescue kitties.
