Facts about Holly

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Brown Tabby
  • Age: Young
  • Sex: Female
  • Hair: Short
Holly is part of a group of cats who were surrendered by a hoarder. Holly is a very playful girl and it doesn't take much to get her interest. It take a little more time to get her to accept pets and snuggle close, but it is well worth the effort. Holly gets along well with other cats and should live with another cat. Holly was previously staying in one of our free roaming rooms before heading to Sussex County, but feel free to stop at her new "temporary home" and spend some time with this pretty kitty.

Holly is available and able to have applications submitted once you've met. For more information, please give us a call at (302) 571-0111 or visit her at our DHA Rehoboth Adoption Center in the Midway Shopping Center.

About Our Shelter...

Delaware Humane Association logo

Founded in 1957, Delaware Humane Association (DHA) is Delaware’s premiere nonprofit no kill animal care and adoption center, serving a four state area. We are committed to providing for the needs of homeless and owned dogs and cats in our community.

We rely on volunteers and donations to complete our mission and provide quality services to the community, including pet adoptions, affordable spay and neuter surgery, low cost vaccination / microchipping clinics, a pet food pantry, and more.

We make "friends for life" by connecting people with animals, and by building strong relationships to better serve our community.

We envision a day when every animal is loved, has a home, and has a "friend for life."

At DHA, we make "friends for life" by:

* Matching the right people with the right animals
* Offering a friendly, welcoming environment
* Empowering others to care for animals
* Being kind, caring and compassionate
