If a guaranteed hypo-allergenic dog is what you're looking for, please understand we have no idea what Squeakers true mix is. If you are allergic to dogs, you'll probably be allergic to him. But if a showstopper is what you're looking for, keep reading!!

You'll have to build in extra time when walking Squeakers because he is so adorable you're bound to be stopped everywhere you go! Could he possibly be any cuter?!! Squeakers was spotted as a stray puppy by a kind samaritan who took him in and attempted to find his owner. But after a few weeks of nothing turning up, she contacted us to take him in -- how could we not?! Squeakers has been in a foster home ever since, living with kids and dogs, grateful for his second chance. Squeakers got his name because he sounds a bit like a squeaky toy when he plays, barking at the toys that don't throw themselves up in the air, or at the other dogs in his foster home when he wants to play and they don't! He runs off his puppy crazies like a little lunatic until he's so tired he ends up practically falling over, but most of the time he's pretty chill especially for a puppy. He's great in the car, great on a leash (as long as it's in the direction he wants to go), and he's a great shadow in the house, following his people everywhere they go. He's very friendly with people, but he would do best in a home with older children because little ones tend to poke him and try to pick him up because he looks so much like a toy himself, and he's not very tolerant of that type of behavior. He also has a bit of a "herding" instinct, and sometimes thinks it's his job to police little ones who are running around like lunatics (One Lunatic to a house, please!).

Squeakers is about 7 - 8 months old, he weighs about 25 pounds with more to grow, and he is a very healthy boy. We have no idea what his true mix is, but we do know you'll wish there were more of him!! If you can promise Squeakers a life of spoiling and love, please visit www.pinkshelter.org for more information about the adoption process or click here for our online application. Full vetting, microchip and neuter included in his $450 adoption fee. Transport fee is additional $150. IF YOU HAVE AOL or YAHOO PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FILE FOR OUR RESPONSE
