My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sasha is in need a new home. We previously had her is rescue this past September. He former mom passed away and her son kept her for awhile. Then he moved to another country and we took in Sasha. We adopted her out, but the family doesn't think this is the right dog for their family situation. She developed a little nippiness (not sure this is a word but it works) with small children and started chasing their cat. Since we have gotten her back, we are really enjoying her. She does get along with all of our dogs fine, but in a perfect world I think she would love to be the solo dog getting all the attention. She LOVES to go for walks and she also LOVES to go for car rides. She loves to sit on your lap or in a chair next to you. She's sitting right next to me in a chair that at least 75 other dogs have sat in helping me by my computer. She LOVES to sleep next to you at night and she doesn't move around much. Sometimes she chooses a doggie bed on the floor. The choice is all up to her. She's housebroken. She'll go outside or on potty pads. She was spayed in September and is chipped and up to date on her shots. She also had her teeth cleaned in September. She's in excellent health and she is 9 years old. She weighs about 12 pounds. She would be perfect for a retired person looking for a companion to hang out with. No small children this time. Sometimes in rescue we learn with the dog as we go...
