My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This poor sweetie had a terrible life! For most of her 2 years she was locked in a cage. She was bred everytime she was in heat. She never saw a vet, and was never even given a name! And then she was placed on a site to be given away free. They called her Boo, so that is the name on her medical paperwork, but her foster mom calls her Lexi, and she responds to it much better. That's how she got the name Lexi Boo. She had heartworm when she came to us, and endured the long painful treatment, so now she is healthy and ready for her forever home!

Lexi Boo is a very smart and sweet dog. She is house trained, and rings a bell at the door to go out. She knows sit and lay down commands. She is good with other dogs and kids, and seems to be fine with cats, too.

Lexi Boo is spayed, heartworm negative, microchipped, up-to-date on vaccinations, treated with dewormer and flea and heartworm preventative. Her adoption fee is $200.
