Nala is a loving, snuggle bug tri-pawed pit bull mix. She loves people and is always wagging her tail. She needs her exercise and would do best at a home with a fenced yard so she can run and play. She is fully house-trained and crate-trained. I have left her at home for as long as 9 hours but she is very social and likes to be around people. She gets very excited when meeting new people - but doesn't jump on them. Mostly licking. She loves to be petted and snuggled and loves to climb on top of you on the couch. She sleeps in bed with her family members. She can run incredibly fast and walks well now with her New Trix halter. She was fostered with about 6-7 other dogs but has been the only dog at home for the past year. She has some reactivity to other dogs and does bark at things, animals and people outside of the window. She eats Taste of the Wild salmon and may have developed an allergy to chicken. She only chews on her stuffed toys and treats. The fact that she is a tri-pawed doesn't get in her way at all -- she does have a little set of stairs so that she can climb up into bed at night.

Due to unforeseen personal circumstances, Nala is being rehomed by her owner. She is not with Handsome Dan's Rescue, but we are courtesy posting her since we were involved in her initial adoption. To apply, please fill out an application here: http://www.handsomedansrescue.org/adoption-application/
Nala's adoption donation is $100.
