Sophie's Info...

I am already spayed, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Sophie's Story...
Are you looking for a medium sized cuddly best friend? Then Sophie is your girl! She is a gorgeous black lab mix around one year old. Sophie is one of the most affectionate dogs I have ever met. She literally loves to give hugs. While she gets along with other dogs, I think Sophie would prefer to be an only dog so she can get all the love and attention she wants. She is great on a leash and enjoys going on walks. Sophie is house trained & another perk is that she sheds minimally.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Sophie, a Nashville Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Nashville, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Nashville.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Nashville already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Nashville breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Nashville paves the way for another one to be saved.
