Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I’m Pixie, and I’m as cute as my name! I am a 10 year old true hairless girl with a lot of spunk. I have had a very rough life as I was used as a breeding dog in a puppy mill. As a result of my overbreeding I have some damage to my back which causes my gait to be a bit off. That however does not stop me one bit from running in the back yard which I love to do in nice weather. I am a very affectionate girl I love laps, snuggles, and kisses. At night I snuggle up to foster dad as close as I can get. I also have a little boy in my foster home who is very nice to me so I don’t mind him. There are other dogs and cat in my foster home and I don’t bother any of them, as my priority is getting attention from my foster parents. Why does my little tongue hang out to ask…well it’s because I had a dental and they had to take all my teeth. My foster dad moistens my kibble to make it soft and I have absolutely no issues eating, actually I love to eat. I’m doing good with my potty training and should have it down in no time. If you’re looking for a companion who will always be by your side I’m the girl for you. Pixie is up to date on all shots, heartworm negative, on heart worm preventative, microchipped, de-wormed, had a dental, and spayed. Pixie’s adoption fee is $250.00. WE DO NOT ACCEPT PERSONAL CHECKS. Out of state adopters are responsible for arranging transport, WE DO NOT SHIP DOGS. For events calendar and adoption application please go to our website at aaprescue.org
