Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Devo is such a sweet and adorable tuxie through and through. He's laid back and just looking for love. This poor 3-5 year old guy was found outside fending for himself after his owner passed away. Fortunately Lucky You was able to save him and he's now living in our habitat in Northeast Philly.
