My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Karla is a pretty, black and rust, 2 yr. old dobergirl with a solid, compact build. Due to unfortunate family circumstances she finds herself in rescue and looking for a new home to call her own. Karla is super sweet and has good inside manners. She gets along nicely with her comparably sized canine playmates in her foster home. Before coming into rescue she lived a sheltered life in a quiet home and hasn't experienced much out in the big world. She is easily startled by unusual sounds or sudden movements, and will scramble for the security of her crate. Please no children in the home for this girl. Slow to warm up to new people, Karla will need time to adjust before she shows her loyal and devoted self that is hiding within. Karla will need a special, understanding, Dobe savvy owner that will give her calm, consistent encouragement so that she gains confidence and blossoms!
