My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Rumor is a friendly, happy boy looking for his forever home. He was abandoned by his former owner and a kind person stopped and saved he and his friend Scout, the white female and got them to rescue. Rumor is now housebroken and also uses a pet door. He did not like being crated at first but is now fine.

He and Scout seem to be bonded and would love to be adopted together, but might be ok separated. Sadly, he is heartworm positive. We have started slow kill method but can do the regular treatment if adopter prefers. He loves to run around the yard and play with the other dogs, and is very human focused. Not much interest in toys or balls so far, but that can change as they settle in.
