Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Vivaldi came to us as a 5-6 week old. He had suffered a severe upper respiratory tract infection when very tiny which had ruptured his left eye and left some scarring on his right. In addition he was born with lateral eyelid agenesis where the outer upper eyelid doesn't form and thus furred skin irritates the eye. He was given time to grow and become otherwise healthy. Then he had his ruptured eye removed and the skin on his "good" eye frozen to remove most of the fur irritating it to make him as comfortable as possible. He has diminished vision but acts remarkably normal despite it.
He's a sweet, affectionate boy who gets along with other cats and does not let his disability slow him down at all.
