AVAILABLE 02-26-17 Captain was brought to the Shelter by someone who found him running loose. This handsome little Hound is very friendly. He seems to want to please whoever is walking or playing with him. Captain loves to chase after a thrown toy, but hasn't quite learned to bring it back. He's rather playful and walks well on leash. Captain's ears are a bit torn and he's a little thin, but we're sure once he's become part of a loving family who gives him lots of TLC, he'll fatten up and thrive. Since he's 5 years old, Captain qualifies for our SOS (Save Our Seniors) program which means his adoption fee is $45 if his adopter is age 55 or older.
