Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Sweet little Heather is looking for a new family to call her very own. She was saved, along with her siblings, from a high capacity facility. She is about 4 months old and ready to move on to the next chapter of her life. Starting off a little nervous, Heather is now starting to come out of her shell and act like a kitten. Playing with toys and even purring when held. She may need a little more socialization after going home, but would be a great addition to any home. She also gets along great with other cats if you are looking for a companion for your current kitty. Contact us today to meet Heather!
ADOPTION PROCESS:
Pets are visited by appointment (times are flexible). Please email adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org to arrange a meeting time. This process allows potential adopters to spend adequate time with their prospective pet and prevents long wait times.
All interested parties must fill out an Adoption Application, which will be reviewed to find the best possible match. You can find our application online at: http://www.thepetrescuecenter.org/adopt/adoption-application.html. Completed applications can be submitted online, faxed to (949) 743-5878 or emailed to: adopt@thepetrescuecenter.org
Our adoption fee is $300 for dogs and $150 for cats, and includes spay/neuter, microchip, flea treatment, deworming, regular veterinary check-ups, and current vaccinations. This fee helps to defray the costs of medical care, supplies and boarding while the animals are in our care.
The Pet Rescue Center is a 501c3 non-profit organization that seeks to reduce unnecessary euthanasia of dogs and cats in at-risk situations and is temporarily housed inside the Alicia Pet Care Center at 25800 Jeronimo Rd. Suite 100, Mission Viejo, CA 92691.
