Callie is an 8 year old spayed female, ( born 2009), front declawed, whose owner recently passed away. Callie has lived with other cats and does ok with them. She was staying with a foster/adopter initially who says that it has taken her a little time to warm up but she is very playful and loves to cuddle. The adopter/foster current family cats are not being accepting of her after an initial several months trial period. Callie needs a home without cats, dogs. A quiet home with a lap needing a companion is what she wishes for.

Callie likes to play with her toys, is great with kids and loves to snuggle. Although she is front declawed she still likes to climb and loves to sit in front of the window and look out. Callie has not really been around dogs; but has seen a dog at her current foster home and does the normal cat reaction of hissing.
Callie's been surrendered to our veterinarian Spring Meadow. She will be there until we have room at the sanctuary to take her in. Their number is 419-289-2466. We are hopeful that the right home will come to her quickly, so we do not have to move her again and continue to upset her world.
