This little guy was picked up as a stray at the tender age of one. He has been a CP kid for awhile, but is getting a fresh start in a new foster home. A DNA test revealed that he is actually a chizer - a designer mix of 50% chihuahua and 50% miniature schnauzer. He needs that special someone to help him get over his shyness - he finds it difficult to trust new people (especially men, according to previous reports.) Sandor is young, healthy, housebroken and loves to cuddle. He likes other dogs, walks nicely on leash, and has started to show some interest in people we encounter on walks, but it will take a while for him to warm up to new friends. He will overcome his shyness for a tasty treat, as his first YouTube video shows (Sandor 2/2/17). Though not a cairn after all, he is still welcome in the Col. Potter family, and deserves a chance at forever happiness, so we hope you’ll consider giving young Sandor a closer look.
