Izzy is a lovely, 1 yo, 35 lb, heeler mix. She loves to play with her doggy pals. She gets along with other dogs, and was in foster with a 3 year old child. She loves attention from her people. She is super smart and is learning quickly. She is 99% house-trained. Her foster says, "She is great. Everyone she meets loves her. I am pretty sure she is the new mayor of lowell."
