Shelby's Story...
Thanks for stopping by! My name is Shelby and I am one of 12 cute-as-can-be Shepherd mix babies that were born to Mama Mercedes on 1/12/17. You could say that I am a little fatty (actually we all are except our sister Ashton, who looks more like the size of a Chihuahua)! My siblings and myself are either brown like our gorgeous Mama or white! I loved be cooed over, getting rubs and being held. And feel free to keep the food coming since I am a growing girl and I gotta be able to hang with the big boys and girls!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Shelby, a Sugar Grove German Shepherd Dog puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a German Shepherd Dog for sale in Sugar Grove, or seeking a German Shepherd Dog puppy from a breeder in Sugar Grove.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sugar Grove already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sugar Grove breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even German Shepherd Dog breeders who help with German Shepherd Dog rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sugar Grove paves the way for another one to be saved.
