Truman is a male Shih Tzu approximately 3 years old. He is very handsome, with an orange and white spotted coat and beautiful chocolate brown eyes. Truman has been professionally groomed and is non-shedding. He is a round, chubby, compact guy weighing 14 pounds full grown. Truman is quiet, well-behaved, respectful and as loving and sweet as they come. He is housebroken and has wonderful indoor manners. He is a delight to have around and is a sweet ray of sunshine. He loves the easy life, hanging out at home, getting petted, and following his people through the house. He comes when he is called, knows the command for "sit", and understands when you open the back door that its time to go out for potty. Truman walks great on leash and is a perfect gentleman in public. He and Louie will trot along side by side like a matched pair. Truman likes going places, but is also completely content with staying home and being lazy. He knows how to entertain himself and is never a problem. When its quiet time, he can usually be found investigating a toy or chewie on his own, or else snoozing in a doggie bed with his buddy, Louie. Truman was rescued from the shelter after his owner could no longer care for him and Louie. He has his whole life ahead of him and a lot of love to give. Truman is excellent with children and with other dogs. He is a healthy boy and is going to make an outstanding pet. You will turn heads wherever you go with this gorgeous dog. Truman is looking for his new forever loving home today!
Truman and Louie’s adoption donation is $900 ($450 each) (*TAX DEDUCTABLE). He has been NEUTERED, MICROCHIPPED, VACINNATED, DEWORMED, DEFLEAED and PROFESSIONALLY GROOMED. Also included is his collar with ID, harness, leash, folder with all of his records, a great PETCO coupon book, and a fun goodie bag with toys, etc.
Truman and Louie are being fostered by Pet Match Rescue Foster Volunteers, Lynda, Eric and Lisa, and are ready for their forever home.
