Here's what the humans have to say about me:
*Description: Freya is a sweet, female chihuahua and pug mix that is around a year old. She is around 10 lbs.
*Personality: Freyja is sweet and friendly. She gets along well with other dogs and cats too. She may try to play with your cat though. She loves lap time with people and is very affectionate. She loves toys and is playful. She is an easy dog, so she would be a great to take to work, or good for a retired person. She is also a great traveler. She just is one of those super sweet, easy to get along with dogs that you will fall in love with. She is not a big barker. She will use a potty pad inside, or ask to go outside. She is easily trainable.
*Background: Freyja was a stray that ended up in a high kill shelter where we rescued her.
*Needs: Freyja will need an owner that has time for her. A fenced yard is ideal, but she will be ok in a condo. She is adventurous, so she should not be left alone outside. No small children under 6 due to her size.
*Health care: All of our dogs are fully vaccinated, have heart worm tests, microchips, spayed or neutered, fecal tested and flea treated. They will come with a health certificate, or vet records depending upon if they are transported or local.
*More Info about our process: We have an application for adopters to fill out. One can be found on our website WWW.littleblessingsrescue.vpweb.com, or emailed to you. We are looking for matches since every dog is different and needs different things. We make love matches. :). We set up meetings and if a love match is made, we will do a home safety check. After that we give you the dog's records and an adoption agreement is signed. We can not accomodate out of state adoptions. All adopters must meet in person. Emails are appreciated.
