Petie's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, purebred, up to date with shots, good with kids, good with dogs, and good with cats.

Petie's Story...
Petie will soon be celebrating his 5th birthday and he would love nothing more than to celebrate it with his new forever family. Petie was given up by his former home because of a household that was way too busy with 6 kids to have much time to give him the attention he craves and deserves. He is a little on the chubby side and does need to lose a few pounds. Petie loves to snuggle in next to you for a nap. A fenced yard will be required for Petie.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Petie, a Columbus Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Columbus, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Columbus.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Columbus already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Columbus breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Columbus paves the way for another one to be saved.
