My story

Great Personality, full of love and cuddles.

Rio is a very sweet, smart, playful and cuddly girl. She loves to run and play with the other dogs but she also love to cuddle up close to her person to take naps. Whenever I sit down she is suddenly next to me as close as she can get with her head on my leg.

She would do great in a home with another playful dog. She seems extra shy when she is the only dog but comes out of her shell more quickly with a doggie friend. She is very smart and very gentle as well. She loves children but we prefer a home with kids over 6.

Rio walks well on leash but hasn't been out and about much so she is still a little timid of all the new surroundings. She loves toys and plays fetch. Actually I am not sure is she is chasing the ball or the other dogs. LOL

All dogs are fully vaccinated, microchipped, spayed/neutered and Heartworm negative unless otherwise noted. We require an adoption application, home visit and adoption fee of $200 ($150 for senior). You also get a two week trial period with all of our dogs. To apply, simply go to www.forgottenpaws.com.

Many of our dogs are in foster homes all over Atlanta, thus an application is required before an appointment can be set to meet a dog.
