I am good with kids and good with dogs.

Ilya's Story...
Ilya is a BEAUTIFUL one year old Rottie/Lab mix. She was sadly surrendered when her family had to move and couldn't take her with them. Ilya is friendly with everyone, loves other dogs and seems to be fine with kitties. She knows some of her commands and is ready to learn even more!!

Ilya really doesn't want to grow up in a shelter. She would love a forever home that will continue to teach her things and love her as much as she will love you!

check www.facebook.com/unionshelter for her videos!!

Act quickly to adopt Ilya. Pets at this Shelter may be held for only a short time.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ilya, a Union Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever for sale in Union, or seeking a Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever puppy from a breeder in Union.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Union already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Union breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Rottweiler/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Union paves the way for another one to be saved.
