My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Mr. Tabby is looking for a home in St. Louis, Missouri.

Mr. Tabby would be happy for the rest of his life doing nothing but loving you. More than anything, he loves to sit on your lap, purr, and knead his paws in delight.

Tabby was living as a barn cat until he developed a nasty upper respiratory infection. His caretaker took him to the vet, where he tested positive for FIV. Cats with FIV can lead long and normal lives, but because their immune systems are challenged, they do much better living indoors. So now Tabby is looking for a safe indoor home.

Tabby’s foster mom reports that he longs to live indoors anyway! He loves to sit in your lap for as long as you let him, and he is very gentle and well-mannered. He’s really a perfect cat.

More than anything in the world, Tabby just wants somebody to love. He’ll fit perfectly in your lap, and he'll never stop loving you if you give him a chance.
