Dale's Story...
03-11-17. This little guy is too sweet! He's a bit timid at first, but with just a little patience, he becomes such a joy. Dale loves, loves, loves belly rubs and he does great on walks. He is around 3 years old, house trained and in the few days we've had him, he hasn't bothered a thing. He likes to snuggle and will sleep at the foot of the bed all night without moving. Because he's timid, we're looking for a home without small children. We're not at all worried that he would be aggressive but we think he would enjoy life with a quieter home. Dale is neutered, heartworm negative and on prevention and has all his vaccines.

Please go to our website and fill out an application
www.northmeckanimalrescue.org

Our adoption fee $195 includes spay/neuter, parvo/distemper series of shots, rabies if dog is old enough, bordatello, heartworm preventative while here, worming, and microchipping.

We appreciate your patience as our volunteer-only team reviews your application and updates our website.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dale, a Charlotte Beagle/Pug dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle/Pug for sale in Charlotte, or seeking a Beagle/Pug dog from a breeder in Charlotte.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Charlotte already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Charlotte breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle/Pug breeders who help with Beagle/Pug rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Charlotte paves the way for another one to be saved.
