Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Royce, also called Duke by the owner who relinquished him, is about 4 years old, very handsome, and well-trained. Unfortunately, after two weeks of intensive training, Royce was still displaying aggression toward certain other dogs when being walked on leash. It isn't known what behaviors or appearance the other dogs displayed to overstimulate him, but his ex-owner didn't feel confident that he would be able to correct this behavior. Royce is housebroken and bonds well with his owner, but he's probably not a dog that should be adopted where many other dogs are walked, and we certainly wouldn't recommend that he visit dog parks or dog beaches.
