MEET ERNIE!!!

This handsome hunk is a 6 year old, male black and tan, long coated German Shepherd. Ernie is one loveable and happy dude who was returned to us after being in a home for 3 years through no fault of his own. Ernie (called Jake by his family) is very overweight at over 100 lbs and needs to lose between 25 & 30 lbs to be at a healthy weight.

Ernie is a fun-loving, playful and goofy boy. He loves to chase the ball and play with toys. He has great house manners and will stay off of the furniture and out of the kitchen. He goes nicely into his crate upon command. Ernie plays well with other dogs, male and female, LOVES kids and will play keep a way with them. This big hunk even likes cats. He knows basic commands, walks well on a leash and rides in the car like a dream. In other words, he is quite the catch for any family.

Ernie is up to date on vaccines, neutered, microchipped, heartworm negative and on flea/tick/HW preventatives. Adoption fee $400
