Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Guiness has been with his family since he was 10 weeks old but through some sad, unfortunate circumstances his family is having to find him and his dog-brother Sam, a new forever home. Sam is an amazing family pet. He is very well behaved and is a real cuddle-bug. Guiness is 8 years old and weighs approximately 90 lbs. His medical work has always been kept up to date and he has been to obedience school.
Guiness was acquired from a breeder originally. He is a very sweet, friendly, playful and quiet pet that would be a welcome addition to any family. He is really a perfect pet with no issues. He just loves to be loved. He really likes being close to his people and seems to be able to sense when you are ill or just not feeling well.
As mentioned above, Guiness has been to obedience school and is well mannered and knows all his basic commands. He is house trained but is not crate trained as there was never a reason to crate train him. He is very well behaved in the home and can be left for a normal working day with no issues. His favourite things are going to the dog park where he is a favourite there and he also loves swimming at the beach.
Guiness could probably lose a few pounds but overall he is very healthy, happy and well loved. He is great with children of all ages and is currently best friends with a young girl who will sorely miss him. He has never lived with cats so we have no idea how he would be with them but he is very gentle and does not appear to have much of a prey drive. He loves having his belly rubbed and is a very loving to everyone he meets.
