Davey was transferred into our shelter from another shelter. This is their description. "He was surrendered because his family didn't have enough time for him. This boy has the cutest head tilt and loves to play little games with you like “which hand is the treat in” and he finds it every time with his sweet little paw! He has historically lived outdoors in a kennel and on a chain. The owners stated that he was not good with chickens or cats because as a puppy he liked to chase them. At the shelter, he is terrified of our resident cats and goes out of his way to avoid them. He has a lot of energy and needs to learn not to pull on his leash. He needs to learn to how to properly introduce himself to other dogs. Low key or older dogs probably will not appreciate his in your face personality."
