Buck is the cutest 5 y/o beagle you are going to meet this year! He is a little chunky carrying 24 pounds on his 13-inch frame, but has such a bounce to his step that you never even notice it. He was surrendered to a volunteer from a lady who had “too many” dogs. She counted at least 50 on the property, so Buck is use to a wide variety of canine companions!

Buck came to his foster home with excellent house manners. He uses the dog door without any problems and stays out of things in the house that do not belong to the pack. Though he does have a fondness of “helping’ with the loading of the dishwasher!

Buck is a friendly little guy, who gets along with his foster siblings and loves to play. Buck does not have an alpha bone in his body so should be able to get along with any pack he joins.

Best of all this sweet boy loves his humans! He is the first one to greet his family when they get home and enjoys being close by when they are busy with non-dog things like reading!
