Meet Chloe! This little bully girl was being dumped at the high kill Downey pound when a KIND person intervened and grabbed her. She only weighed 3 POUNDS! She was cared for and given a nice safe warm and LOVING place to stay until a rescue could be found. Chloe is now 12 weeks old and just the cutest and sweetest little baby. Chloe is GREAT with other dogs and loved kids too! She is super smart and super playful and just a joy to be around.
