Meet beautiful and best girl Georgia! Super smart and very social Georgia, is close to three years old and she weighs just 50lbs and is such a wonderful companion and adventure girl. She is a mix of several breeds, though we aren’t positive what they are! Most likely hound and lab, Georgia was adopted two years ago after transporting from the south. She has lived happily ever after until this year when a new baby broke up her relationship and is the reason for her re-homing. Georgia is just such a terrific girl who never thought she’d be looking for another home. Georgia is very affectionate, very dog friendly and a regular at her local dog park. She is an exceptional playmate and would love a doggie sibling. Georgia is super active and has been an amazing adventure buddy for her people. Georgia is a daily mountain biker and hiker and loves being outdoors. She is very good on a leash and has been trained to be off leash as well. She needs an energetic family who wants to get her out and about, but she enjoys her cuddle time afterwards as well! Georgia knows her basic commands and has been through basic and more advanced training but will need you to keep it up. Georgia’s dad calls her a “gentle, sensitive soul; a great mixture of calm indoors and full of energy outside. She loves exploring and playing with her people and her dog buddies”. They are quite sad to give her up, and she is truly their best friend. Georgia is totally house trained and she loves her crate. She happily goes in it herself at night or when she just wants to chill…she sleeps in it at night with the door open. Her current parents have trained her very well to “stay/place” on her mat. Georgia exhibits no food or toy aggression. Georgia is quiet in the house, and not vocal. She would love her new family to have a nice fenced yard to run and play in. Georgia loves her daily exercise and is truly the best play partner! She is exceptional in the car. She is a regular traveler for holidays and vacations and loves to have her mat and crate (and her people) accompany her! Georgia will make a wonderful addition to an active family, she is so smart and so fun outdoors. She will make you proud as she is easily trained and very food motivated.
