My story

Say Hi to Boone! "I just came from the scariest place I’ve ever been--the shelter! Very nice place but scary anyway. Somehow I found myself on the streets. I was cold and hungry. Now, here I am in a foster home where it's warm, great food and a warm bed to sleep in at night. As a 3 year old terrier mix (you can tell the minute you touch my fur), I might have some poodle in me too, who knows? I’m a quiet, polite gentleman who loves to nap quietly at your feet, or in your lap. At only weigh 9 pounds, you’ll hardly even know I’m there. Recovering from my ordeal on the streets and love running around in the grass and sunshine. The neighbor lady called me a little white lamb. Loud noises and unknown situations still make me nervous, but I think I’ll get over that pretty quickly. I’ll bark if there is something to say (like hello to the cat here that is totally ignoring me, how rude is that)? I don’t mind meeting other dogs as long as they are calm. Otherwise, I just want to be with you or sleep in my little warm bed. I’m learning to always potty outside and hoping that you have a doggie door to make that easy.
