Hi! My name is Noel, I'm about 2 years old and I was saved from the shelter by SCBR after my owners abandoned me there.

I'd do best in a home with no other pets and kids 10 and up. I am a spunky gal who would love to go on walks or play with toys. Stairs are ok for me! I'm also a hardcore cuddler.... I love rolling on my back for belly rubs and will follow you everywhere. I want to be your best friend!
