CANDY's Story...
CANDY

6 month old WheatenTerrier x female
22 lbs
(probably under 30 when full grown)

Candy is a happy, very playful and energetic dog. She is always up for some fun. Candy is a great playmate to any playful dog- she is very friendly to everybody and all dogs. Good with children too.

We are looking for home for her with a family that has time for her, take her for walks, play with her. Great family dog- needs basic training.

A family with another energetic and playful dog would also be ideal. They will have a great time and burn each other's energy..

Why Adoption is a Great Option

CANDY, a San Diego Wheaten Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Wheaten Terrier for sale in San Diego, or seeking a Wheaten Terrier puppy from a breeder in San Diego.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in San Diego already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a San Diego breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Wheaten Terrier breeders who help with Wheaten Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in San Diego paves the way for another one to be saved.
