Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I am in excellent shape now with absolutely no residual issues to the loss of my leg. I truly don't even notice it's gone. I sure know the pain is gone. Thank you to all the nice people that saved my life But i really wants to tell you my story;
I was a very tragic story, but I am hoping you give me a happily ever after.
I was found by a Good Samaritan in a trash can. Yup, a big ole dumpster. They heard my whining and crying and reached in and saw my little body; just a ball of black fur and red mess. They were so scared to touch me that they called animal control who took me to the vet.
I was evaluated and found to have a very busted up back leg, de-gloving trauma which means the skin’s ripped from my leg as I tried in vane to pull my leg free. I had a few of broken bones too in the same leg and lots of scratches on my body. The Vet believes I was taught in a trap . . . A TRAP!!!!!!
The nice wonderful people at the shelter contacted this trusted rescue to help me recuperate and find a forever home. I am only a year old and under 6 pounds. I may have lost my leg but none of my spirit or my spunk. I am told I am the sweetest pup ever.
